Car hire Lanzarote

1) The contract, signed by the customer, shows the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

2) We reserve the right to collect the vehicle at any time and place.

3) The car must be returned to the contracted place.

4) Night handling cost (22:00-08:00) is 18 euros.

5) The renter shall ensure that the vehicle is used correctly at any times.

6) You must be at least 21 to rent a small car.

7) There is no cancellation fee.

8) Our rates include: insurance, airport taxes, unlimited mileage, personal service, and insurance.

9) Please note that there are some cases which are not covered by any insurance: Lost of keys, damage to the underside of the vehicle, damage to radio-cd or upholstery, use of wrong fuel, damage to wheels and glasses, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, lost or stolen car parts (spare tyre, jacket...etc., any damages that are not on an accident report). Optional additional insurance for tyres and glasses 4€/day.

10) Fuel policy: The car will be delivered full of petrol and a full tank of fuel must be paid at the begining of the rental period (the price of fuel varies according to the make and model of the car and the prevailing fuel prices) The car should be returned as empty as possible and no refunds will be made for unused fuel. If the rental is for 3 days or less, the car must be returned with the same amount of petrol that it had when it was delivered.

11) Traffic fine negotiation fee is 30€.

12) The renter shall be liable for all parking and traffic violations.

13) Loss of documents and car keys: A minimum charge of 20 euros.
